@ my site it doesn't make thumbnails if i upload new pictures

Its also doensnt show the private images on the portal

I really need help with this one.. who kan help me??

For creating thumbnails your server must provide GD Suppoort.
Check in ACP>>Photo Album>>Configuration ----- GD Info to see if GD is provided.

it is GD provided.

You seem to be reporting two entirely different problems here... To try and confirm what you're problem is, I see you have a small number of images uploaded, and these already have thumbnails - so gd must have been working to create those. From your first post, it seems you are saying new images that are uploaded do not have thumbnails? But in the following you then say you do not see private image thumbnails on the portal?
If it really is the first case, then perhaps your host has made an update to the php server and forgotton the gd extension (this has happened to me before) - check the config again, ACP>>info>>gd info, makes sure its all there. You should have:

Gif Read Support:      Yes
Gif Create Support:     Yes
Jpg/Jpeg Support:     Yes
Png Support:     Yes
WBMP Support:     Yes
XBM Support:     Yes


However, I suspect you simply mean that you can't get the thumbnails to display on the portal - but the thumbnails exist alright in the album. However, if thats what you mean, I don't understand that, because I see private album thumbnails on your portal page!

BTW You can control whether private album thumbnails are seen via ACP>>Alubm configuration>>Personal Galleries>>"Who can view personal galleries by default"
