How to disable this . i have disable every thing in cracker tracker options . and in server settings -> Disable public blacklist IP check upon register -> yes  

But when i try to make e registration  show me again  that have exceeded the nr of registrations . In my country all ip are share from companies and too many users have the same ip . How to resolve this ?

i have deactivate this and all options of cracker tracker ....but its the same !!!!

What to do else .....

Sure!   www.shqipforum.com.You can try to register at "REGJISTROHU" .But i think that register works but security have block registering ip/s that we usualy works .

i made the registration procedure witouht problem

Yeah zuker i have seen its about 20 minutes that i can register too again.. but its the second time that i have this problem and the pause of stoping registrations its about 2 days and its unlocked again . Did u have any idea what should cause this and can i prevent this stoping ?

i think that what i told u in ctracker settings it's the only thing that blocks registration

i dont know but i have always this problem !!!!! registration will blocked for 2-3 days and its workin again ..but its repeating always ..i am losing many people in this way .. did anyone what cause this problem .

ok one use have tell me that he have make 4-5 time confirmation code with error and after this registrations are blocked !!! i have make off confirmation code now and are working again !!!!!! May be this the cause of this problem ???????
