Contact_us Don't Work With Invited

Hello

If you are a user registered, you can send email with contact_us option. But If you don't register, you can send email too, but It don't arrive to webmaster. Is it a Bug?

Yeah! with a change in a server, A invited can send emails, but if a invited send a email, all invited must wait 20 minutes. Can I change it?

Yes, I think you can customize it by editing the flood interval in ACP.
