Something unusual happenned last night don't know how it happenned

I didn't had Recent Topics on Left hand side of the page below Album Block until last night.

I am sure I didn't changed anything and no one has access to change the files
well unless someone is trying to access it by other means.

I appreciate if someone can tell me how this is possible and what files I should look at to rectify this.

How is it possible that one block appears on both left side and right side of the page???

Please help me

Could be a db error where it copied the entry just remove it normally.

Then empty the cache as well.
