  3. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When some of my members try to activate their accounts via email, they get this error message. Is there some CHMOD permissions i've done incorrectly? Could anyone help, it's happened to about 5 members and i've had to manually activate them.

there it's no need to chmod the file 666. does your server support the .htaccess that icy provides?

This issue is still happening.. another user had the exact same error message when trying to activate his account.

Anyone at all know a solution.

It is a known issue when reading the emails in hotmail... tell them to copy and paste the link instead of clicking on it...
