 Guest.gif Seems To Not Exist !
I'm continuing to have not the image of guest, but the path is correct ... images/avatars/default_avatars/guest.gif !!!
And in fact the file exist !
I have tried also to cancel the cache from style ...

Links of images inside /images/avatars/xxx.gif works correctly, links to images inside /images/avatars/default_avatars/xxx.gif doen't appear on screen !
In fact, now I can remember that just at the end of upgrading from XS to IP I had to change the file name and the link of some images on forum messages, also if the images exist and the links was correct ! All of these files name had the character _ and I did need to change the name from xxx_xxx.gif to xxx.gif (for example) and changed the link, obviously !

I have seen the chmod of the files inside default_avatars and are all 750, I have tried to change in 777 but nothing is changed.
I have also tried to cancel default_avatars directory and re-upload the directory from IP package, now I have not the little box with red cross but nothing appear ! no little box and no avatars !
I think it isn't a problem of files, also other images attached on messages that had links to files with the _ inside the name or inside the name of path !!

No, it's not the problem of files, it's access permissions issue. Probably related to htaccess or CHMOD (755 is enough for default_avatars dir, but fact that you can't change it is suspicious). Try to move guest.gif image up the hierarchy, say root of Icy, and then change file path in ACP->Board->Avatars. If it's working, then try to figure why you can't set CHMOD to default_avatars dir. Alternatively, you could try to remove htaccess completely (make backup first), without making any of the changes above, to see if that will work.
Bottom line is that http://www.vivicentro.org/images/av...atars/guest.gif returns 403 error, so you must figure out why (just like Zuker said).

I can change the chmod, in fact I have tried to change it to 777, but I still to have not the image of avaters, sorry, I was not clear ...

It is not a problem of HTACCESS in your root... but maybe you have HTACCESS in the folder of guest.gif or images... try to check those folder, and do not remove HTACCESS which is in the root.

It is not a problem of HTACCESS in your root... but maybe you have HTACCESS in the folder of guest.gif or images... try to check those folder, and do not remove HTACCESS which is in the root.
No htaccess file in images folder, non htaccess in avatars folder, no htaccess in default_avatars folder.
The link to guest avatar is ............/images/avatars/default_avatars/guest.gif
