i can take full backup of my site. tell me in which file the posts are saved.

Posts are kept in SQL, not in files.
Look for the phpbb_posts and phpbb_posts_text tables.
But if you are starting with clean database, this will not be enough to restore your posts in forum.
If this is not what you mean, try to explain your problem better.

i can download full fourm and install a new one. so there was no sql tables. have any saluction.

If you don't have your old database backup (or at least some tables), then there is no way of restoring your posts (nor users, settings, ranks, forums, or anything else). You can only start from scratch, means totally fresh Icy.
