I just installed the portal, upgrading from PHPBB2

When i visited as ADMIN, it worked just fine, but as a visitor gives error.

I dont understand.

I have re-installed it again from the begining and i have the same problem.

But as long i am logeed as admin, everything works ok.

I see a different error message on your Home:
Your other pages works ok, as I noticed. Seems that something is wrong with your VOTE_VOTERS table. What prefix for tables did you use when upgrading to Icy Phoenix? Is it "sj_" or something else? Did you get any errors while upgrading your SQL schema during Icy setup?
For starters, go to CMS, and disable poll block from your Home, that should make home appears normal (or it will pop another error )
Then go to ACP->DB Maintenance->Database Maintenance and "Check user and group tables". Also "Check vote tables".

it was sj_  prefix

Well, everything seems to be working OK now.

And works smoothtly. I want to test it.  

When reputation MOD is relased. you got a + for sure.
