Using more than 1 scrolling block

This may be a bug.... dunno

I have 2 blocks on my portal that have Scroll or Static options in their config.
If I set both to Scroll, the first block is fine but the height of the other block is expanded with the upper half being blank.

Can someone test this on their board ?
