Is it writte in php4 or php5 ?

most of the cms aplications are php 4.x (and maybe older versions avaible)

It runs on both but it is faster on PHP5 from what I've seen.

i'm with u, my web runs faster with php5 rather than php 4.x

If my web if PHP4 and it give me the option to change it to php5, can I do it without any risks?

I don´t know who did him to compare, but I have compred them in my localhost and in a free hosting company.

It goes faster in php5

I use to have php 4 on my server.

Some months ago they were offering php 4 or phph 5, i change to php 5 and the results were better
