Should I Use This?

I want to Say im Starting an Link Exchange site.... will i be comfortable using this software? And Also can the forums be Be Full Width meaning the blocks do not show on the left. Another thing before is this Software fast because this site is going have alot of users so i want something that will not crash or slow down. And what i mean about Link Exchange is where users share links and etc and Im going to do a free Froum and CMS setup untill i get my bank account Im Only 15. Now with all that said what do u have to say?

mmm, Icy Phoenix it's a powerfull CMS based on phpbb. You can customize yourself. It's very easy and we can help u if u cant

There are lot's of nice themes also

The support site focus on helping users with common issues and possibly bugs and lack of manuals...

Regarding special customizations, if you are not confident with PHP and HTML you should consider paying someone doing all you need for you.
