Getting CrackerTracker Errors When People Try To Register

Subject: Getting CrackerTracker Errors When People Try To Register
Hey Everyone

I have had people complain when they signup they keep getting crackertraker errors. I go into CT Settings and shutoff/disable all registration and password protection and people still report the errors.

How do I fix this? Or what are some things I can try? Or if need be how do I just disable CrackerTracker all together. Or least disable it at signup.

Thanks for the help everyone...

Is their some type of debugging I can enable to see why the users are getting these crackertracker errors? Not all the users get them but if this is happening a lot I am losing hundreds of possible people that could be signing up. I'm just trying to get down to the bottom of why this happens or if there is some info I need to know to get to users to help them if they see these errors on something to try on their end.

Thanks

This should help you enable ctracker debug, so you should be able to track down problem.

Peace

Was able reproduce the error it happens with a new profile field when you fail to take the setting of its default. I corrected it with the code to add and a troubleshooting tip in the forum and it should solve the issue.

Thanks Omarska!
