Dear Sirs,
I'm trying to show the shoutbox on portal, but I really couldn't solve the problem.
I've looked for some solution on the problem, and I was happy when I've read the answer at this question but... the problem is: I've no DB link under Configuration menu in ACP, as you can see in the attached image.
My version is IP1120.
I've tried to add shoutbox to mainlinks menu too, but nothing happened.
Any suggestion?

you have the latest version
for shoutbox in portal ,go to CMS and create center block with shoutbox
