I get this error when I try to update a mods forum permissions. please help:

Try to repair and optimize the tables (with an sql manager if possible).

i repaired them and now i have 5 extra mods that appeared out of no where... and changing their permissions doesnt do anything. what do i do now?

What where the settings before the change of authorisations?
