not sure how but i can not see my forum anymore.It is still there and functions just when you got to it the forum part is missing here is a screenshot. I think there is something missing in your *_body*.tpl templates files.

replace these three files from install/contrib/clean/includes/ -> /includes/

def_themes.php
def_tree.php
def_words.php

chmod -> 666

What version of icy are you using?

i am using Icy Phoenix 1.0.14.14

In a new package, they are in install/contrib/clean/includes/ and get copied to /includes/

You should also upgrade to 1.1.0.15c
