Is it supported or we should continue to use 1.1.0.15c
Also can we convert phpbb 2.0.22 to ICY Phoenix.

You can upgrade from phpbb 2.0.22 to both versions, 1.1.7.22 it's a release candidate, 1.1.0.15c it's the last release ;)
