Post Changing Warnings

Hello,
by default the Warnings are displayed as an Image in IP.
But i just want a text for that.
So there should not be the Warning Image but
Warnings: 2

How can i do that?
I tried it myself, but there was NO ORIGNAL Yellowcard code
