Problem With My Icy! :S

Hello!, how are you?

Well, i have a problem with my icy phoenix.

I installed a Icy Phoenix 1.1.5.20 Beta, but, i don't know how i update to Icy Phoenix 1.1.7.22 :S

i don't find a manual for this :S
