Notification Email

Hi,

I am running IP 1.1.7.22 with both languages English and Vietnamese. My forum works fine so far, users are able to post/reply either English and/or Vietnamese. But I am having the problem that all Notification emails do not come out right. Some how the forum name 's character come our weird. Please, please help. I appreciate it.

This is an email when users have forum/topic watch.

Anyone, please help me on this. I have tried both coding iso-8859-1 & utf-8, but did not work.
