I have installed the 1.1.10.25 RC3. And when i enter my ACP the message on the top says: ": Updates are available for your version of Icy Phoenix, please visit Icy Phoenix to obtain the latest version.
".

I don't really understand what i have to do to because i think i have downloaded and installed the RC3 board. What else can be done, what i can check...
I thought RC3 is the last available version...

how can i upgrade from ip 1.1.10.25 to RC3 really i don't know what i do ...

i have download the ip_20080208_patch_rc3 and upload it to my forum, now what i do to run upgrade...

You don´t need to run any SQL queries. Just owerwrite files.

RC are not final release... so you will have that message until RC3 will go final.
