Upload again all files to the folder /adm/*.*

That is really strange...

What you can do is:

• Check that your DB has been restored correctly... if not... try to restore it again.
  
• Remove all files in ADM folder and try to reupload them... make sure there are no files in ADM before uploading fresh ones.
  
• It seems you are using 1.1.9.24... I would suggest you to update to latest RC.

Great you solved!

I have seen in the image you posted that you were using version 024... maybe you didn't upgrade your DB properly... no matter!
