So, I have a phpBB3 forum and I would like to install IP because I would like to get something like a portal that uses the Milky Way theme. Do any versions of IP support phpBB3? If not is there anything else I can do/get to get something like a portal that uses the Milky Way theme?

Icy Phoenix is still phpBB 2 based.

If you need Milky Way theme for a portal you should ask to the coder of the portal for porting it... or should you try on your own considering that Milky Way is based on subSilver 2, and it would be quite easy to port it if you know HTML.

Alright, well I'll post on the other portal's forum. If that doesn't turn out well, then I'll give porting it a go. I do know a fair bit of HTML, so it shouldn't be too bad.
