After Upgrading To Icy Phoenix 1.2.0.27 In Acp Panel Error

After i have upgrade to Icy Phoenix 1.2.0.27 i have meet this "General error"

1-Panel of ACP is not shown but only a table of general error "Unable to find a suitable language file for lang_color_groups!"
