I may be asking for a bit much, but what would be the steps for converting a simple Simple Machines Forum to Icy Phoenix?  After all, Gordon, when you make something this good, you are going to attract people who want to convert from something other than phpBB, also.             

Of course, I would be really ecstatic if I found out that someone already wrote a script to do that.

At the moment the only way to convert something into an Icy board is to firstly convert into plain phpBB and then update to the latest version of Icy Phoenix.

When converting from SMF to phpBB2, the SMF tables and the phpBB tables need to be in the same database.
