How can I add an extra field in the registration form that says:
"Who recommeded you?" with a blank field that the person could input the users name.
1) I do not want them to have access to the list of users
2) I only want this information available to the Admins.
3) I want this information displayed in the ACP

Please be as detailed as possible when you reply, bearing in mind that I am not familar with scripting. However I do know how to follow instructions very well.

go to ACP
then on left panel
users

then
add custom profile fields


it must be to read and try before to ask.....................
