I Dont See Side Navigation Everywhere
I noticed on this site that the side nav is on the left just not on the portal but also in other places, esp on the board index, how do I get the side nav to do that on my site?

Through CMS control panel, create a global block with the navigation menu, then, from the page permissions page (in CMS control panel, again) select which page you want the global blocks to be shown

Ok... I created a Global Block with the side panel (but there is already one there), then i pushed yes for all the options in the page permissions and nothing has happened. =/

Re: I Dont See Side Navigation Everywhere
Uhm... I must confess I didn't upgrade yet to the 1.2.0.27 version, and I see MG added some features to the global blocks... anyway it must be in the CMS panel.
I'm sorry I don't have time now to install a test version. Maybe after this weekend

Re: I Dont See Side Navigation Everywhere
I checked and all was correct. Please try again.
All in CMS panel:
1. From "Page permissions" check that all the pages you want the global blocks to be shown are checked.
2. From "Cms Management" be sure that your block is correctly set up and enabled.
It all works fine to me.

1) Checked (I even checked them all)
2) I didn't tamper with it and it is enabled. I don't know what is going wrong. =/'
Starting to frustrate me because I know it should be working based on what you tell me but yet it isn't there....

Re: I Dont See Side Navigation Everywhere
I don't know what I could say that Vortex hasn't already, maybe just some rephrasing:
CMS>>Page Permissions (right icon, page with a key on it).
In there, the right hand column is called global blocks. Select yes for all the pages you want nav to appear on.
CMS>>CMS management (3rd icon from left, icon with 3 blocks on it)
In there, select "global blocks". Look at the status for Nav Links. If its not got a tick in it, you need to click it, then press "update blocks".
