Hey me having a problem that in my country Pakistan our new time is not gmt +5 its +6 now,i enabled DST and set it to 60 but the time of the forums didnt changed and i want to change every users time also.


Please help.

Why don't you simply use GMT+6?

Well, you can do it editing the users table in the database, executing an update query which changes to GMT+6 for users currently having GMT+5.
