I've a problem with the letter Ñ (a spanish letter) and the acronyms.

One of the acronyms in my forum is: SO: Operative System

If I write in a post the word "soñar", I've some problems, because it looks like this: SOñar. If somebody put the mouse on the letters SO, he will see it like an acronym.

I know that I can disable acronyms in some posts, but I want to have autolinks working in the post.

acronyms and autolink causes some errors.

i know this but have no solution :(

It should be related to htmlspecialchars conversion.

I have no good ideas on how to fix it right now, but if I come to a good solution I'll let you know.
