hello I have problems with user groups now want to create a user group which may deliver a portal and upload files in the downloads section and want to create another which has access to moderation.
I also want to seize ask whether it is possible to do that in the downloads section not only display files that have lodged in my server I want to download link appearing outside but not how to do it, if I understand I am talking about something like this http://www.todosobrepsp.com/timeshift-df3.html
