Problem With Time

I have choosen the UTC +1 in the ACP but when i post in the forums i get a wrong time zone saying All times are UTC + 7 Hours

You should also have DST enable set to yes ;)

I had that issue as well. I am in Central and I had to choose mountain to display correctly. Finally, Since I had a dedicated server, I checked the system time and it was wrong. once I got that correct, the time displays correctly.
