what do you mean? Could you explain, please?
I've reuploaded the file but nothing changes... maybe the problem depends on the "format"?!

Roger, it's up to you to learn how to use your FTP Client, and what formats are required for what files. ;)
Rule of thumb:
Images: Binary.
Text: ascii.
Code: Can be tricky, depending on how it's originally formatted.
Preferred options if your FTP Client supports either one (For all Files) is either Auto or PASV.

Java is a client techonoly, installed on your computer, so is you who has to upgrade, but unneeded.
Have you explored the settingsa in your FTP manager?
Reupload the files usinig the config that lopalong said before.
Chmod the files please.

I did it all ^^ this has nothing to do with the chmod. I think this has something to do with the themes on Icy Silver it works without any problems but on normal icy theme don't.

Your added templates are all-over the place with paths and images. :(
It also appears that you have deleted a template set before uninstalling it ?
I can only suggest in your case that you reinstall Icy Phoenix, complete with a new database and then install a second "Test" Icy Phoenix forum to do all of your playing with before you make changes to your main forum. ;)
Your Icy Phoenix Version is what ? 1.2.0.27 basic, or did you apply patches a and b if you upgraded prior to the latest available version.
Some information other than "This is NOT working for me" would be appreciated to fix this problem, without having to continually ask questions about what you may have done or what you haven't done, or making suggestions based more on guessing, rather than on the facts of how this may have come about.
If you are not using the default Icy Phoenix theme, then please switch to it and see if the problem still exists.
