Hello, when I try to configure Statistics
Setting statistics
Modules of statistics is blank, as pictured.



Reupload again folders

/adm/
/templates/common/ACP/


but the problem persists

As we fix this?

What Forum? If you are saying this forum here at Icy Phoenix is showing blank pages - Then you have a settings problem, because you don't have permission to view the Stats here, for which you should be seeing a "Information" window.


Try Re-Uploading in the correct FTP format:

/statistics.php
/includes/functions_stats.php
/includes/stat_modules/*.*

No, no ... the problem is in my forum, when I want to configure the statistics or view modules statistics, is blank as seen in the picture. Already re upload all files and folders with a new package that lower, but the problem persist

I don't know what it could be then, because usually blank screens are caused by files that have either their formatting lost for whatever reason or uploaded in the wrong FTP format. Without seeing exactly what's returning in view-source etc, it's even more difficult.

You do have a URL to your forum, don't you ??

Sorry, but I am unable to understand that piece of text from your post.

If that happens again, there is a sticky tutorial (at their section) that guides you in how you solve this problem.

It is most of the ties a problem of the *.def files or of the cache. Reupload, delete cache from ACP and recompile.
