How can i remove some things in Main Link in the left , i wanna detele things like , chat, calander, etc

Edit nav_quick_links.tpl

Enter your CMS management (cms.php).  Click on the Dynamic Menu icon on the top and look for your menu in the list below.  Click the "Edit links in this menu" icon next to your menu name.

From here everything should be straight forward.  To delete a link or category in your dynamic menu, click the delete button.  If you'd like to keep the link intact, but want it deactivated (invisible) in your menu, just edit the link and set it's status to "disabled".

Will you please stop using ALL CAPS in the titles - Not only is it frowned upon, it will not get you any faster response than using Normal Text.

Again for your sake - Some documentation that will be moved to Icy Phoenix when it is finished.  

And it should have enough info for what you are trying to do.
