SOLVED I Am Stuck With This Error Message

Post I Am Stuck With This Error Message 
 
basically everything on the server works fine. The website is spot on but when i go to view a forum post it hits me an error message of the following:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 737280 bytes) in /home/sites/dslplusmore.co.uk/public_html/includes/page_header.php on line 1422

http://dslplusmore.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4

Not sure what this means...

try this

open your root/includes/page_header.php and backup it

and then try do this

FIND
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
<?php

AFTER ADD
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
ini_set("memory_limit","16M");

try do it same in root/viewtopic.php

backup viewtopic.php it before

thankyou that has worked. can i ask something else while im replying now. How can i log in to the admin if i cant log in due to unlimited exceeded attempts with the visual confirmation. It says the following:

"The number of entries of Visual Confirmation has exceeded the limit for this session"

anyway my answer:  
i realy dont know,you are first admin on your forum?
you will have to wait Mighty Gorgon or someone with more skills , but post in new topic
