Hi all,

I just noticed the New Pic email notification like this.  This is just part of it, but it's exactly how it looks when i viewed it.  Does anyone know or help me how to fix it?

I believe this has something to do with your settings in the ACP.

ACP -> Configuration -> Icy Phoenix -> Preferences - Icy Phoenix.

Look for HTML Email.  Try switching from yes -> no or no -> yes.

I have it "yes" for htlm email all the time.  That's so weird.

Another question.  Are you viewing your e-mail via your cPanel webmail? (www.MYSITE/webmail)

I think it could be a CHARSET issue.

What are your settings?

Are you using english?

When I used my cPanel e-mail account to view e-mails sent by my board, I saw all the crazy stuff you are seeing now.  I then checked my Comcast e-mail account and the HTML e-mails looked great.

Yes, I am using English and Vietnamese.  I have changed all text/htlm files and DB to utf-8.

let me forward and view it by yahoo or gmail account.
