i've see all mods of IP and File Attachment Mod & Fully Integrated Shoutbox have to be update ..
you don't want to do it ? or you can't?

A lot of the code for mods in ICY have been changed and a lot are not the original mods anymore... most mods that need updating are for security issues ....

Icy is constantly checked for security issues and therefore the code is changed to make it safer... thus these mods do not need to be updated... unless they have other features that you require...
