I have not updated in some time. Last update was when that version came out. I have not had any problems with this till this week. I have not changed any settings or added anything new.

I have some long time members of the forum who have not posted or logged in for some time. They go to login and it gives them a message of they are not in the system or the email does not match the username. Although checking it does. I have had them retrive their password,Clear cookies, close browser and try to log back in and have gone in to check if they are set as inactive but all four accounts which have tried to login are on member is active. There is no correlation between time spans. One member has not logged in in four months, another logged in in September.

All are having the same issues or not being able to access their account. I was able with one to get her in after three attempts at resetting the active status and having her retrieve her password.

Any ideas? Settings?

Do you have UPI2DB enabled?

Try to empty these tables:



PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL RESET ALL UNREAD MESSAGES FOR ALL USERS!!!

Alternatively you can temporarily switch off UPPI2DB and see if the problems is solved.
