Cant Upload Photo Tu Album Gallery, Blank Page

Subject: Cant Upload Photo Tu Album Gallery, Blank Page
When i try to upload a photo to the album, after y fill the requested data, the web turns to white and it says : "finish".
Hope u can help me :)

no,that isnt the problem,cuz i can uploa files but no more than 250kb aprox, buy everything is at 99999999
