I did not find how to set the Category creations in the forum, I just do not create more than 2 categories, the following message appears:

Then on the forum that I post a message this message appears on a blank page:

It was a week that I return the forum and the doc without finding a solution to these problems. The chmod can not be changed on the host, this does not preclude a forum phpbb to operate above the base. my host free.fr
