This is probably a noob question but i cant figure out how to get my php version to 3. this is a brand new install.

i took a screen shot of my forum stats if it helps any.

phpBB3 and Icyphoenix are two different things
yes Icyphoenix are based on phpBB2 but the core is repromagrated by MG totaly so maybe is better than phpBB3
so you dont need to upgrade nothing , your forum is "fresh"

if you want phpBB3 , you will need install a new phpBB3 , but that is not compatible with icyphoenix
