SOLVED Having Trouble Installing

Post Having Trouble Installing 
 
I have installed and upzipped and put the files on the right folder but it can't seem to find the install file. What has happened?

Try uploading the /install folder again.

This happens to me all the time.

what is name of your root folder (httpdocs , www , ) ?
what program you use to upload files of icyphoenix ?

how did you uploated ip_20080821_12027.zip in your cartoonz ?

than open your file menager and upload files  like in my picture

its not so complicated
