SOLVED Fail... I Just Did... (page Header Problem)

Subject: Fail... I Just Did... (page Header Problem)
I messed around with my index.php file but then restored it back to how it was. I just ctrl+z'ed once and it was back. I reuploaded it but now i get these errors in my header:
Code: [Download] [Hide]

yeah, my "messing" around was totally useless and unncessesarry but for the sake of my stupidity I did it and surprisingly this is what I get even though i restore everything back to how it was. Any help on how to remove these errors will be appreciated.
Oh and it only appears on the home page of course. yeaaaah.

It appears that you have "Killed" index.php simply by editing it, whether you reverted it or not apparently makes no difference; and unfortunatly a lot of editors will do that. So will bad FTP file transfer settings. :(

Please upload (ftp) a fresh - un-edited index.php using the correct ftp mode and then clear all caches. ;)

Let us know what happens. :)

Meantime!

What's your forum URL?

What Editor did you use?

What FTP agent (Programme) did you use?

What was the "File Transfer" setting of your FTP Agent while you did this edit?

Try a different editor next time you want to experiment. ;)

= FileZilla > Transfer > Transfer Type = Auto > ASCII > Binary

Auto is usually sufficient for most files, but sometimes you have to select either Binary or ASCII to correctly handle the file depending on how it was formatted in the first place.

That's what I meant by "Transfer Settings" - :P
