Is there a "Full Version" of 1.2.0.27, with all files in it the one you have listed does not.  i cant figure out how to update 1.2.18.45 to 1.2.0.27, I can get 1.2.18.45 to run good but when i add the 1.2.0.27patch_c it all screws up. ether im doing some  thing wrong, or im missing some files or something. or i dont know how to use the update of this

1.2.18.45 is a LATER version than 1.2.0.27 - It is also a BETA that should be NOT be used in a live environment.

You can however upgrade 1.2.0.27 to 1.2.18.45 but there is NO support for that because it is a beta.

Better you wait until the Release Candidate of Icy Phoenix is publicly released.
