Hello again folks. I have this installed and it works very good.

I really need help setting up an automated task to run the news insert automatically. My forums are hosted on a Windows shared server and I have no clue how to go about setting up cron jobs or changing any settings needed to make this work.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
