i'd like to ask again something about digests... :roll:
Can i preconfigure and setup digests to be enabled for all my forum members.? ( Even with an sql query...)
This function was disabled till now so i'd like to enable it for all my users for now on and anybody will be free to disable it from the profile panel...

sorry must have missed this posts...
members can turn digest of and on by going to the digest pages and setting it up how they like...
they can reach the digest page in their profile and just turn it on...
is that the information you require...

Actually i'd like to be enabled by default for all users from now on because it was disabled till now and if i enable it all all of the forum users will not receive newsletters...
I prefer it to be enabled for all users and anybody is free to disable it.

in ACP/configuration/icy phoenix you can turn digest on.. and then it should be on for everyone unless they choose to turn it off...

Well.....yes...I feel so stupid...I can't remember when i disabled this function for my account and i thought digests will be set to disabled for everybody....

Nope... users settings are not overridden.
If set to OFF users can't enable Digests... while if set to ON they will able to enable or disable it.
That setting doesn't affect default Digests setting for users.
