Is it a question ?
If yes, no, you won't be able to keep your theme done for MyBB under IcyPhoenix. But you can save general icons one by one and create a new theme under IP based on a theme which yet exist.

For post a video, you needn't to enable HTML.
Go in your ACP > Configuration > Icy Phoenix > Posting & Messages
And there, enable " Allow BBCode for Active Content in posts ". It will allow your users to link and stream videos on your site. If you want to ALLOW them to upload themselves the video they want to display, you will need to install Media Mod made by DWho.
I hope that's what you asked for.

the easiest way to embed video is clicking on the you-tube boton in bbcodes while posting.
just insert the youtube ID code and thats it.
no need to do uploads or downloads at all.
Thats better for server performance aswell ( CPU is´nt charged that much)

But it also means to enable HTML for all users, and that isn't advised. You already have BBcodes for Youtube & co so why enable a dangerous thing when all you need to do is something like ?
And he asked for uploading videos so first you can upload them via Youtube or use the Media Mod by DWho ... ( cf. my post ). @ Informpro > yeah and if you do 36'000 parts of codes you maybe will arrive to do something simple ! ( it means : stop complicate everything ;) )
