Where can i change the text in the two welcome block´s. The one is a block the other is html.....

You have to go to your the portal, select Edit This Page (at the very bottom), and there you can edit both Welcome blocks.

Yepp i can see that, but where can i change the text in the block..... I can not find it..... Do i have to edit a .php file ?

The HTML block content may be edited directly in CMS, while the Welcome Block is in templates/default/blocks folder.
I think you will guess on your own the name of the file! :LOL:
