I have pass the attemps to register, but it was 2 days ago. How can I turn the IP on again?

I have checked cTracker and I have no IP's there.

Edit: If I deactivate the Visual Confirmation it works again. But if I turn it back on, it doesn't work .
How can I remove the blocked Ip's? In banned section I have nothing. I clean also cookies and it's the same.

I think it is a problem of the counter not being reset in the user table...

Try to check the db...
