How can I remove them?
I deleted injections from index.php index_empty.php mailcheck.php
but the problem still exists....help please! :o

There is no malware on the site ... what you see is a Google advice, that tells to the visitors that the site has recently "hosted" malicious software.
You can not just remove the warning. If Google will not detect other problems in the future (maybe some weeks/months), he will remove the site from the blacklist.
Unfortunately, these situations are a bit difficult to resolve. Anyway you are not the one that has got similar problems with Aruba. I suggest you to start thinking about a change of hosting.

But nothing is crazy, because the site was infected in the past: http://safebrowsing.clients.google....pugliabaila.it/ (last time 28/07).

I think that if in the next 90 days Google will not detect any suspicious activity, the site will be remove from the blacklist.
