How many users simultaneously can support icyphoenix independently of the server?
I am worried because I read that icyphoenix is for small and medium comunities.... how many users has a medium comunity?

I wouldn't worry about anything. I've seen some very active Icy Phoenix based websites and they do quite well. If things start to burden your server, Icy Phoenix has MANY built-in options to help lighten the load in the ACP.
